This is a go to for an easy weeknight dinner. Roast some veggies at the same time as the salmon, pair with some rice and you have dinner!

Here is a printer friendly version of the recipe

Ingredients

2 lbs salmon filets

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tsp miso paste

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp brown sugar (light or dark, doesn’t matter)

1 tsp grated ginger (in a jar in the fridge)

3 cloves grated garlic

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel and place skin side down on a baking tray lined with parchment.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the ¼ cup soy sauce, 1 tsp miso paste, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp grated ginger, and 3 grated garlic cloves.

  3. Spread the glaze over the salmon, and bake at 400°F for ~15 minutes (up to 20 mins for thicket filets)
